1. What are the delivery pricing and options?

We know shipping costs can be a bit of a bummer, and we totally get it! Right now, we have to charge a bit upfront, but we're working closely with our friends at Swiss Post to lower those expenses for you in the future. We promise we're on it!

For now, we offer:

  • Free Swiss Post economy shipping on all orders over CHF 199.

  • For orders between CHF 99 and CHF 199, shipping is free for packages up to 10 kg and costs CHF 10 for packages between 10 kg and 30 kg.

  • For orders under CHF 99, shipping costs CHF 11.50 for packages up to 10 kg and CHF 20.50 for packages between 10 kg and 30 kg.

Please note that we accept orders with a minimum amount of CHF 50 and a maximum weight of 30 kg. For more details, visit our shipping policy.

2. How can I return an item?

If you need to return an item (we hope never), please follow our simple return process. Ensure the item is in its original packaging and condition. Visit our return policy for detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.

3. How long does delivery take?

Typically, orders are delivered within 2-4 business days using Swiss Post economy service. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and any public holidays.

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the Swiss Post website.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including VISA and MASTERCARD credit cards, PostFinance and TWINT. Your payment information is securely processed to ensure your safety.

You bet we do! Not only do we frequently offer discounts and promotions, but we also have a super fun point reward system.
